Quality Seekers

Quality Seekers is a specialized agency focusing on the hotel and catering business and acts as a partner for several large companies in Flanders. Quality Seekers’ core business includes selection of hotel and catering staff.

Quality Seekers was founded in 2001 by two young people who had already won their spurs in the hotel and catering sector.

Lieve Van Ostade took her hotel and catering business experience in with her mother’s milk and after obtaining her degree in psychology and NLP, she filled the position of personnel manager at her parents’ hotel. In this position, she was confronted with the difficulties each personnel manager has to deal with: finding, and especially keeping, qualified staff.

Dennis Valerius has seen the classic hotel sector from every angle. After his hotel training and marketing degree, he found his way to the hotel business. Dennis handles all the commercial aspects.

Quality Seekers considers close communication with her clients of paramount importance. The ideal strategy for the selection of staff is agreed upon with the client after elaborate consultation. Quality Seekers adapts her approach to the sector in question (accessibility by phone, staff availability etc.) to be able to serve her clients in an adequate manner.
